Quiet Departure is operated by Borderless Concierge, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you visit quietdeparture.com or submit an inquiry through our intake form.
We take privacy seriously. We collect only what we need, we do not sell your information, and we treat everything submitted through the intake form as confidential.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a private inquiry through the intake form, we collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in the situation description or message fields — including your stated timeline, intent, and how you found us.
Automatically collected information. When you visit the site, we automatically collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is collected through Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity, described below.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:

Analytics and Tracking Services

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays and heatmaps. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. Microsoft's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
Data Storage and Security
Inquiry submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase, Inc. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and restrict access to inquiry data to authorized personnel only.
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to manage the advisory relationship or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
