Terms of purchase

The Departure File: an online interview, a written report on your household prepared from your answers, a Stay vs. Go spreadsheet model, a document binder system, a workbook, and a sixty-day start plan with weekly notes and a check-in at ninety days. It is paid for once.

The founders price is $495, for the first 20 households, until November 6, 2026 or until those places are gone, whichever comes first. After that the price is $795, and The Departure File is not discounted below it.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you pay.

The first interviews open on November 23, 2026. If you reserve after that date, your interview link is sent within one business day. Your file is delivered within ten business days of the day you finish your interview. Every file is reviewed for accuracy before it is released.

We take a limited number of files each month so that every one is reviewed properly. If a month is full, reservations reopen the following month.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before you start the interview. Reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected].

If your file is not delivered within ten business days of finishing your interview, you receive a full refund and keep the file.

If for any reason we do not go ahead with The Departure File, every reservation is refunded in full, automatically, and you are told by email.

The Departure File is educational information prepared from what you tell us. It is not legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice, and buying it does not create an advisory relationship.

Every country requirement in your file is stated as published on the date shown, set against the numbers you gave us. Requirements change. Your file says where a licensed lawyer or accountant in the right country has to confirm a point before you act on it. The Stay vs. Go model shows how your numbers move under the assumptions you choose. It does not calculate what you will owe. No country’s authorities are bound by anything in your file, and only they decide whether you qualify for a visa or residence.

Your answers are seen by the people preparing and reviewing your file, and nobody else. We do not sell, share, or market your information, and buying the File does not add you to a mailing list. See our data practices.

The Departure File is sold by Borderless Concierge, LLC, doing business as Quiet Departure. Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs it. This is version 2026-10-26b.
